How do I track my order?
If you recently placed an order but can't find it, please contact us via the message box above for more information. Please provide us with as much information as possible, ie. Date ordered, Order Number, Item ordered, etc and we will respond within 5 business days of receiving your email.
What are your delivery options?
BTN Brand offers free shipping on all orders over $50. Items will be shipped within 5-7 days of ordering. Custom ordered items will require 4 weeks. Depending of the requested color and availability.
How do I return an item?
BTN Brand strives to provide excellent customer service and an excellent product. If you receive product from us and you're not satisfied with the workmanship of the product, you can send it back to us via USPS and you will receive a full refund. (Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.)
